After his iconic restaurant was destroyed in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake, restaurateur Mike Turner commissioned Wildfire to design, supply and fit-out his new show kitchen. Incorporating an impressive wood-fired pizza oven and stunning red-enamel cook-line, Wildfire were committed to supporting the Christchurch hospitality industry using local equipment, suppliers and tradesmen. The result is an impressive visual and functional show kitchen and bar space, within a beautiful rebuild of this popular restaurant.
