When Simon Gault was planning his second Crab Shack restaurant in Auckland, again he chose the Wildfire team for his kitchen and bar design and fit-out.
“Wildfire were the only choice for the job. We told them we wanted a much bigger version of what we had in Wellington”.
Catering for a family orientated, high energy concept Wildfire installed an open kitchen with a showpiece Mibrasa charcoal oven and two charcoal egg-shaped BBQ grills to enhance the fun ‘Crab Shack’ experience.
