Flat White Cafe

Flat White Café is an iconic part of the Waihi Beach community. They recently underwent a massive reconstruction resulting in a stunning beachfront restaurant with gorgeous facilities – bar areas, decks, AMAZING views, great food and a stunning Wildfire Commercial Kitchen. The owners received a recommendation to engage Wildfire to re-design and fit-out their a-la-carte and function kitchen. With such a busy kitchen catering for high numbers of weddings and events, Wildfire designed a central island servery, created a cold larder pass through area and installed a high speed dishwasher with reverse osmosis to reduce the need for polishing cutlery and glassware.
