LSG Sky Chefs recently opened its newly built facility in Auckland to produce over 17,000 meals per day plus various airline catering services for international airline customers including Air New Zealand. The Wildfire team were commissioned to design and fit-out this large and impressive production kitchen using state-of-the-art technology for food processing and delivery. The kitchen features high performance modular cantilevered German MKN equipment designed specifically for this market. This is the first cantilevered installation of this type in New Zealand.
