Another stunning Wildfire installation for the Macfarlane Group, Monica’s is part of the new Len Lye Centre and Govett Brewster Art Gallery in New Plymouth. Wildfire designed and built the kitchen and bars including a fully integrated Woodstone “Gas and Wood” fired oven, alongside a modular Waldorf cooking line and customised Skope bar fridges. Inspired by the life and spirit of Monica Brewster, this international art café is innovative and creative.
