Located in the heart of Auckland’s downtown Britomart District, in what was previously the Reserve Bank Building, is the new luxury 130 room hotel, SO by Sofitel. Wildfire was thrilled to be chosen to re-design the showroom kitchen and to fit-out all food and beverage areas for this first lifestyle hotel by Sofitel to open in the Pacific region.
Working across several levels Wildfire’s project management team successfully completed installations including The Mixo Bar on the ground floor and a high rise dining room on the 15th floor now home to French chef, Marc de Passorio and the rooftop Hi So bar with expansive views of the Waitemata harbour.
Complimenting the premium Waldorf island cooking suite is an impressive Mibrasa charcoal oven while Vintec wine coolers keep bottles of wine at the perfect temperature.
